Update
A lot has happened in the past 4 months. To briefly catch you up to what has been going on in my life, I took a semester off from Fullerton, I finished culinary school, and I got a second job cooking at a fine dining French restaurant in Costa Mesa.
So basically in a nutshell I’ve been working all day everyday between The Burnt Truck and Marche Modern. Not gonna lie, I’ve been pretty burnt out.
